User Training
The course begins by taking an assessment of the objectives of the endpoint device management program, and then walks through the operational scenarios that are required to support those objectives. The User Training course will walk you through every major module of Esprida LiveControl. The courses include step-by-step labs and offer in-depth information on:
- Installing agent software in multiple modes (on location, at a manufacturing facility, and bundled with other software)
- Advanced automation, implementation of self-healing, automated reporting, and automated helpdesk ticket generation
- Advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting, learn how to use the remote management tools to diagnose and resolve issues that came up from the field
- Configuration management, learn how to roll out new operating system patches, software upgrades, and application updates using the Esprida content distribution module
- Notifications, advanced monitoring, troubleshooting and advanced tools for desktop management and reporting
- All training is delivered in small groups, allowing for effective knowledge transfer and ensuring
Minimum requirements: Developers must have experience working with XML, scripting languages, SQL. Knowledge of JBoss and J2EE Java environment is required for advanced data processing modules.
Your developers have expertise on your equipment; this hands-on training module will help your developers learn how to synchronize data between application software on the device to the Esprida platform. This course is taught by Esprida solution architects who can tailor the course material to focus on the specific needs of our integration effort.

This training module is designed for network architects and system administrators who tune firewalls, load balances, and databases to operate Esprida LiveControl as an application suite. This module is taught by Esprida solution architects who maintain existing deployments of Esprida LiveControl. Through this program, Esprida provides a comprehensive, flexible training solution that allows you to:
- learn the Esprida architecture
- learn how to configure Esprida applications within your data center (Level 1)
- learn how to deploy, and maintain Esprida application servers
- learn administrative features (maintaining users, connectivity to servers etc.)
- learn maintenance and monitoring routines to maximize uptime
Minimum requirements: Knowledge of Firewalls, Load Balancers, JBoss and J2EE Java environment is required for all participants.
